Elected in 2005, Gina Gregory is the longest-serving member of the Mobile City Council, representing District 7. Gregory currently serves as the council vice president.

After getting her start in broadcast journalism, Gregory served as public relations director for former Mobile Mayor Mike Dow. In addition, she worked as associate director for the Alabama Petroleum Council in Montgomery. A native of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Gregory graduated from the University of Florida.
